About me

I love writing and having a blog seemed just up my street.  Also, its a way of bringing like minded people together to talk about NLP. 

As I’ve said in my first blog post, you don’t have to have studied NLP, you just need to have a curiosity about people.

I have had a few different careers over the years spanning from the Women’s Royal Navy, through to IT both employed and freelance prior to going out on my own to start my own coaching business.  Throughout them all and in my coaching work today, its the people that I meet that make me feel alive. I love the fact that we’re all so different . There’s a lovely quote from Oscar Wilde ‘Be yourself ; everyone else is already taken’.
